  I work within the Recruitment Administration Support team to help NHS Trusts recruit efficiently using the Trac system, my tasks include: Communicating daily with applicants, appointing managers, internal HR and service users via both the telephone and email Using both the Trac system and NHS jobs to post and manager vacancies for NHS Trusts Setting up interviews using specifications from NHS Trusts and liaise with applicants to book in for interviews and answer any queries Processing successful applicants through the NHS pre-employment checks following interviews. This is done alongside the internal Recruitment officers at NHS Trusts.
