He brings over 13 years of experience and two generations of service to Iowa Real Estate, continuing the legacy built by his father Tom Lepic.Matthew lives in Solon, IA with his wife Nicole (also a Licensed REALTOR®), his daughter Tiffany and his son’s Thomas, Landon & Austin. Matthew enjoys watching and coaching his daughter Tiffany play softball. He also enjoys teaching his sons how to wrestle, play baseball and enjoy the outdoors.
