My Current role within learndirect is to work on our largest corporate account the Lloyds Banking Group Apprenticeship contract as an Engagement Manager. My main areas of Focus (Retail-contact centers) and responsibility on the contract is to work with Lloyds Learning Managers to ensure strategically the contract is meeting Lloyd’s internal corporate set goals.
