Matt has a great deal of knowledge on various types of systems. He is very goal-oriented and will work on a problem until it is fixed. He also has the ability to see the 'big picture' when dealing with computer systems and can correctly identify and fix design problems or minor problems before they become major problems. Matt also has the ability to quickly learn new tasks and new procedures and even make new recommendations, based on his great breadth of experience and knowledge. He has a great personality and can work well with everyone: subordinates, peers and higher management. I would definitely recommend him!
