  I manage a large team of Engineers whose mission it is to develop software utilizing the Biometric Platform at ImageWare. With multiple, globally dispersed offices and engineering resources joined as a single team, I drove the development of biometric identity management products, platforms and solutions. I played an integral, strategic role supporting this company’s transition from a focus on software licenses to a service model. The applications I spearheaded and managed run on Linux, iOs, Android, Windows, and MacOS. Our current main product under development is GVID Enterprise Suite. Our Face Matching, Anti-Spoofing, and Identification, is the leader in the industry. I lead my team by example by participating and actively utilizing our DevOps processes with our tools: Jenkins, AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, VirtualBox, HyperV, etc. My passion is working with the core developers using JIRA to plan and organize development and bug fixes for key projects including the Installers, GVID Enterprise, QuickApps and the containerized back-end web services which support them.
