Auditing of the construction team, subcontractors, suppliers and designer procedures. Manage off-site source inspections with suppliers as scheduled. Author and track nonconformance reports until there final resolution and verify they are properly closed. Manage and track third party inspections. Provide daily report for onsite activities.
