The first word that comes to mind when I think of my time working with Matt this past year is fun. Matt is fun to work with. We stay in close communication relaying information back and forth regarding his demand plans and my inventory positions. No matter the hurdle, Matt is always professional, gets the job done, and knows how to keep it light and entertaining. If I need an answer asap or alignment on direction Matt is always quick to respond and knows just when to throw in a little humor. In an industry that can be dry and challenging at times, Matt is someone I always count on, respect, and enjoy working with.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Matt at Dish for the past couple of years. Although we were on different teams, I had the opportunity to closely observe his work and collaborate on various cross-functional projects, such as Republic and Dish's complicated and dynamic SIM strategies' demand forecasting. Furthermore, Matt demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise in demand analysis and forecasting throughout his time at the company. He consistently displayed a keen analytical mindset, utilizing his deep understanding of market trends and data insights to make well-informed decisions. His ability to anticipate shifts in demand and proactively adjust strategies was a testament to his skill in this field. Additionally, Matt consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results. He was diligent, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the accuracy and reliability of his analyses. His contributions played a pivotal role in optimizing our demand planning processes. I have no doubt that Matt would be a valuable asset to any team looking to enhance their demand analysis capabilities. His combination of technical proficiency, collaborative spirit, and dedication to excellence makes him an outstanding professional in his field.
