Supported all phases of the product lifecycle from proposal to depot repair for highly technical, electro-mechanical, optical periscopes product line. Worked with a team to develop lean methodologies and implement culture change resulting in 80% reduction in product line intervals. Led improvements in the quality management and the company's ability to quote labor for assembly instruction documentation. Mentored all new manufacturing engineers.

Supported all phases of the product lifecycle from proposal to depot repair for highly technical, electro-mechanical, optical periscopes product line. Developed, administered, and led the use of company-wide MS Access database for QDIP non-conformance recording, disposition, and reporting. Database accrued tens of thousands of records and operated with approximately 100 simultaneous users. Extensive GUI design and VB programming were required to make this project the success that it was.
