I have worked directly with Matthew now for almost a year and have been constantly impressed with his drive, attention to detail, and constant desire to improve. He turned our library from a black hole into a thriving, bright space where people feel welcome and comfortable. He has increased our resource usage dramatically and volunteers regularly for special projects. Every term, he makes it a point to give free presentations to our students on the resources he has available to them as well as guidance and help with how to conduct research. He is a vital part of our organization and it will be a sad day for us if he ever chooses to leave.
