 National Animal Care and Control Association (NACA) Level I Certified  Missouri Animal Control Association (MACA) Member  Euthanasia-By-Injection (EBI) certified  Animal CPR Certified  Investigates reports of animal abuse and neglect. Answers phone calls and dispatches other investigators. Educates pet owners about animal care and works with St. Louis-area Police Departments and animal control officers.  Composes legal reports ensuring evidence is handled properly and provides court testimony.  Represents the Society through interviews with television and print media  Deployed for the ASPCA in North Carolina on a large-scale animal rescue (April 2016)  Responsible for the maintenance and appearance of all corporate vehicles o Lead Adoption Counselor  Supervised a staff of six adoption counselors including scheduling and the proper care and cleaning for housed animals  Tracked each animal in the computer database  Trained employees on how to safely restrain animals and how to use the computer system  Educated clients about animal care and determined appropriate adoption situations for each pet.
