  I worked at Big 5 sporting goods as an assistant manager. As a manager my primary objective is to ensure the day-to-day needs of each staff member and customer are met. Customer service and satisfaction is the goal I strive for everyday. It is a fast-paced work environment where I work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays. I train newly hired associates. I help organize and create weekly schedules and daily assignments. I organize merchandise including restocking and cleaning products on the sales floor. I am responsible for opening and closing the store.

  I worked for the NWSL during the 2020 Challenge Cup. The NWSL was the first professional sports league to return in the United States amid the coronavirus pandemic. My responsibilities included working with each team, including players, coaches, and staff to ensure their day to day needs were met. This included scheduling and organizing training sessions, Covid testing, meals, and games. I helped supervise training sessions at three different facilities. I also worked as the main point of contact for the league with the tournament referees. I was responsible for ensuring their needs were met. This included serving as referee liaison for each game of the tournament while also scheduling training sessions, Covid testing, meals, and game day procedures. I helped organize and distribute league and sponsor gifts to teams and staff.

  I worked as part of the coaching staff to ensure all the video needs of the team are met. I filmed all games both at home and on the road. I broke down and distributed game film to players and coaches. I helped prepare scouting reports before each game. This includes hours or film study each week. I assisted the director of operations on the road with their duties. I make highlight videos that are used for pregame motivation, graduating players to show professional clubs, transferring players to shows other collegiate teams, etc. I created instructional videos for team use that display team strategy and principles.

Practices began in early August each season and ran throughout the season until December. After the season I would also film team conditioning workouts and individual player workouts, including the WSU pro day workout in preparations for the NFL draft. After I began working for women's soccer and basketball I was asked to come back and help film practices again as the team prepared to play in their postseason bowl game. This included filming practices on the road (El Paso, TX), setting up and tearing down coach and player meeting rooms.
