  As the editor of the largest desk at one of the largest-circulation daily newspapers in Seattle, I found, developed, pitched, edited, and managed stories for a staff of nearly 180 professional writers, as well as setting and managing deadlines. I took charge of integrating local, science, political, and urgent breaking news into a comprehensive multimedia package that ends up in the inboxes of over 45,000 students.
