As the Asst. Cruise Director, I was responsible for the success of the entertainment department onboard various Holland America Line Cruise Ships. My job as the Assistant Cruise Director consisted of training new hires within the entertainment department, co-producing special events, hosting VIP functions, scheduling tours and meetings, co-ordinated Private parties and formal reciptions and events and oversee the Cruise Event Staff.
