Matt is the most dedicated construction project manager I've ever worked with. My company had a project that was being badly delivered by the lead contractor. Everything that could have gone wrong did. The construction company was dis-engaged and the first project manager was entirely ineffective. We were running 3x over schedule and getting worse. Matt was brought in to get us back on track and that's exactly what he did. The starting point, was chaos from the perspectives of procurement, commercials, labour, morale and lack of leadership. Matt cut through the politics and emotions and got everyone focussed on the job in hand, in a professional and effective way. From what I could see the guys respected him, but importantly for me he made things happen and was never phased and by the next problem to spring up, and there were many. I no longer work in property development, but if I did, Matt would be the first person I would call to get on-board. Great guy!
