It would take more than a moment to tell you how thoroughly pleased I am with Matt and his company, so please bear with me - it's worth the time! The real test of integrity comes when problems arise after the signed contract is outside of its waiver period. And as with anything in business, problems will arise – and they did. I think it is important to understand how quickly, professionally and competently Matt takes care of things. During one of our recent problems, Matt did not point fingers, make excuses, blame someone else – he dedicated himself to making the situation right. I was blown away! And sure enough – it was fixed. Within 24 hours, Matt had the situation cleaned up, mopped up and settled without me having to make another single phone call to follow up. I was impressed! We had another problem arise where Matt could have taken advantage of us and he could have hustled us to buy more equipment. Yet, he choose to take the time to work with us and discover our needs, growth patterns and future business with credit card processing. I’d like to say that after all that dialogue, we were able to select a new credit card processing machine just from him recommending one. Yet, Matt went above and beyond just informing us of the products. Matt allowed us to test them! He brought out, set up and installed new credit card processing units without charge! Each time we would reject a unit, he would graciously bring out a new unit and go through the process again. Never did Matt demand a decision from us.
