While Matt is my son, he did not work under my direct supervision while at HMN but worked under our Director of Marketing and our Marketing Coordinator. His position was as an unpaid intern. He assisted in teaching our marketing coordinator the use of InDesign software and assisted in the production of marketing materials, presentations and response to proposals. Both individuals expressed the highest regards for his abilities and work ethic.
