I currently run all aspects of the multimodal inbound and outbound transportation of APS-2 Mannheim assets. This entails weekly transport meetings with multiple agencies both military and civilian. In these meetings we plan and discuss current movements and upcoming events. We discuss any last minute changes, so everyone is aware of what has been changed to ensure we complete movements on time and on budget. I liaise with Multinational civilian and government agencies to ensure we are in compliance with differing laws and regulations as we pass through each country.I utilize military and civilian software programs to access and track equipment or ships.I use this data to write and generate reports for the Government, site and corporate.
