Additionally, I was in charge of Asset Forfeiture Cases such as money seizure. • As a Property Detective, I was tasked with investigating large-scale property crimes. • Managed large investigations, this includes experience in white-collar crime/financial investigations (Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, and Embezzlement) and theft (Theft of Service, Organized Retail Theft, Internal and external), and investigated crimes against persons (Assaultive Offenses, Harassment, Auto Theft, Robbery, Sexual Assault, and Homicide). Handled internal investigations regarding complaints of misconduct or policy violations as well. Typically organized and managed caseloads averaging 30 cases at a time. • State and federal courtroom experience as a case agent as well as worked with Federal Bureau of Investigation and Drug Enforcement Agency. • Heavy experience in handling evidence and presenting evidence in court.
