  · Took ownership of and became the go-to guy for the company's A/B testing platform. Originally developed in Java with a very manual bugzilla approval flow, I created tools to automate the process of getting approvals and helped integrate into other acquired systems. · Designed and led the effort for creating a new infrastructure (for user data) using SOA with REST principles which served multiple areas of the company. · Adopted and helped champion agile / scrum methodologies within my team as scrum master. · I combined the company's user behavior data stored across multiple DBs (Oracle and MySQL) into meaningful documents in CouchDB. I integrated this with a CoffeeScript backend which served a fully responsive UI creating a social shopping experience. The goal of the project was to increase brand awareness and help the company move away from the SEM model and towards a more personal shopping experience. · Coordinated with PMs, CEO, and back-end teams to create a small branded direct-nav site for appliance shopping containing curated products and specifications that consumers care about to increase product usability.
