Matthew helped me successfully reorganize one of the most tedious aspects of test engineering: process and procedure documentation. One of the responsibilities of our test team is delivering test procedures ahead of every test performed that are peer reviewed and meet several competing goals including requirements tracing, operational accuracy and style formatting for operational efficiency. Matthew worked on automation to make the document creation and editing more streamlined which has resulted in fewer review iterations per document. He also updated hundreds of existing documents and supported the generation of a documentation package for a new unit that was being developed while he was working on this project. Matthew was able to learn our release processes quickly, keep up with the core work and augment our tool chain for test development. He is also a great team player, and was tasked with many tasks that were tedious and challenging without getting frustrated. He worked really well with our test engineers to keep up with their requests and was able to keep our goals moving forward without a lot of direct oversight, which was exactly what I needed for this project.
