My role was heavily KPI oriented and to succeed in such a high pressure working environment required me to work at 110% at all times. In order to meet my targets I was to make 200-250 phone calls per day and of which I had to two leads and book appointments with them, a company representative then attends that appointment the following day to sell the product. • In the short time I had worked there I have achieved the highest number of sales in week 36 after generating £170 commission in successful deals (6 deals, 2 above target). Apprentice Business Administrator

I was working in a busy personal injury firm as part of my Business and Administration Apprenticeship (NVQ level 2 & BTEC level 2), providing administrative support to the fee earners (Solicitors and Paralegals), which helped me to become proficient in the following tasks: • Answering external calls in accordance with the firm’s policy; calling existing and potential clients to obtain further information, on request of the fee earners. • Taking details of the potential new cases, both by telephone and in person, to be passed to the fee earners for assessment. • Using the firm’s complex electronic case manager system (LAWFUSION by Select Legal) to record telephone notes, organise e-filing and set up new matters. • Managing emails and electronic diaries. • Organising telephone hearings and conferences (using Kidatu and BT). • Audio typing of letters and file notes via the Olympus digital dictation system. • Photocopying/scanning, paginating and organising documents, including medical records and trial bundles. • Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
