  I am a registered Key Holder for the club and have many senior responsibilities within the Golf Club; I have contributed to improvement plans to the business whilst being employed here. On shift I am the Manager, this includes ensuring that Customer service for all customers, be it in person with enquiries or bookings over the phones received first class service, any complaints are resolved quickly and to the customers satisfaction. I have worked alongside the shop owner and managed price management and marketing rotation of old and new stock. We have recently rejuvenated the driving range and other areas to increase customer foot fall and increase marginal profit for the Golf Club, in turn, this has also had a positive impact on the local community improving their experience of the Club and the Management and maintenance of it.   Responsible for setting up the banquet room and serving the customers, both with table service and silver service. This included being responsible at larger functions for the meet and greet of our guests therefore being the first impressions for the function. I have severed at several weddings and carveries and praise has been given to my shift manager on more than one occasion to say how well I have attended to people’s requirements.
