As a Training Manager, I supported up to 4 markets making up to 32 Texas Roadhouses. I recruited and led teams opening $5 million average sales store openings. The biggest of opening week sales was about $147K. I have done 2-3 openings a year since 2008. When I wasn't opening stores and preparing opening teams, I participated in manager development, training centers, training tools, training coordinator support and development for each store. Also, I was involved with operations and recognition for every store. I helped coach and educate employees on earning guest loyalty and ultimately gaining sales through word of mouth advertising and repeat guests. On top of all that, I was included on the team to revamp and upgrade the manager training program and workbooks, the development workbook, and other company wide recognition programs. Plus I was added to the company production and video team as a on air personality, idea generator, and actor/impersonator. We created an informational and entertainment show for our employees, vendors, and guests, both at our support center and shown at the conference each year. Lastly, I brought fun and appreciation that makes the Texas Roadhouse such a great company to work for. Go Roadhouse!
