       During my time at Wetherspoon I have progressed from being a bar associate (running food, pouring pints) to being the manager of one of the busiest Kitchens in Liverpool City Centre. My job role here involves running a team of 20 people, doing a rota on a weekly basis; doing a stock count, ordering stock, cooking food, doing interviews, analyzing data, producing reports, holding meetings and training members of staff in order to progress them up through the company  I have been the manager of this kitchen since February 2014. During this time I have broken every food record internally, as well as breaking the area record for food sales. I helped to achieve a 4 green stock at the first time of asking, as well as aiding in helping the pub make record profits this last financial year. Show less
