This helped ease the learning curve and save license fees for staff that don’t perform data changes but perform queries into the membership system.o Demonstrated The IDQ at a convention and eventually installed a modified version of the IDQ at 5 other state REALTOR® Associations and 3 local REALTOR® Associations.• I was asked and accepted to serve on the RAMCO advisory board. RAMCO is a REALTOR® Association Membership System for which the IDQ was developed. • Developed a remote scanning and grading system that shortened the wait time for members from two weeks to near real-time. The system allowed our remote sites to print QR codes (containing the student demographics) on exams, administer the exam, scan and grade the exam and automatically FTP the results to a server while the student waited for their grade. Our system would then upload results to our Web site and Email and text the student a pass/fail notification.• Had the privilege to speak and instruct at many of our conventions and events and even the National Association of REALTORS® convention.• Started a Listserv of all REALTOR® state association system administrators in 2003 to pool our resources and stay connected with industry specific technology trends.
