I had the privilege of having Matt work for me for 5 years at TrimQuest and 4 years at Johnson Controls. During that time Matt and his team were responsible for delivering several critical and complicated launches each year as well as generating hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars yearly in internal cost reductions. Matt did an awesome job for TrimQuest (a Tier 1 automotive supplier). As our Continuous Improvement Manager, Matt battled for every dollar. He led a cross functional team to drive improvements resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings every year.
