  To identify and pro-actively recruit, high quality financial services professionals whose skill set and attitude will be aligned with the overall business objectives. Montpelier will be delivering a unique client proposition to the offshore financial services marketplace and aims to build a solid brand image based on trust and professionalism, thereby distinguishing itself from the majority of potential competitors. On that basis, the financial consultants will be the front-line ambassadors of this proposition and will therefore need to be of a suitable calibre. The role also involves the design of a graduate trainee scheme, identifying what areas of the group can be involved and what career paths can be made available. The Process: • Source and identify suitable candidate prospects on an ongoing basis, leveraging any networks and knowledge applicable. Approach individuals directly from recognized institutions that have a good culture and emphasis on development such as St James’s Place and Towry Law for example. Design and implement appropriate recruitment campaigns to support such activity. • Deliver the Montpelier proposition correctly and acquire candidates who are suitably aligned and motivated. • Deliver initial induction course in UK with ongoing development to be picked up by regional sales management.
