      During this 6 week business internship I worked under the business manager and facilities coordinator for Christian Academy in Japan, a private international K-12 school equipping students to serve Japan and the world for Christ. Activities I was involved in: creating a new cafeteria floor installation plan, writing a campus reconstruction long-term strategic plan, studying the school's annual audit report (in Japanese), and supervising preparations for end of year events. Among the various roles I filled on campus I learned about (1) how the physical assets of an organization relate to its operations and (2) the importance of building and maintaining good interdepartmental relationships.
