Research Assistant to Dr Posco Tso on the FRuIT Testbed project under 6 month contract.During this time period, benchmarks on a small cluster of Raspberry Pi's were designed and ran to discover the feasibility of using cheap, low power consumption, distributed micro data-centres (Pi clusters) as an alternative to larger, more demanding infrastructure. Benchmarks included web server (NGINX) and web caching (Redis) services.
