I had the pleasure of working with Matt when he was an engineer at Kohler Company, specifically within the Performance Showering category. As an industrial designer, I found Matt to be a collaborative and understanding partner throughout our projects. He was always easy to work with and brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Matt for any engineering role, as his skills, experience, and collaborative approach make him a valuable asset to any team.

Matt and I were hired on at Ethicon around the same time a year ago and I have had the privilege of working with him since then. He was a senior design engineer and a valuable member on our project team. Matt is a team player who always values others input. He listens to what others have to say and is a great person to work on solving problems with. He does an excellent job of considering both prototype and production manufacturing and assembly processes and incorporating that into his designs. He truly has a DFM/A mindset. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about engineering principles and best practices and has an exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and come up with creative solutions. He is a skilled designer with a keen eye for detail and always ensures that his work meets or exceeds the highest quality standards. In addition to his impressive technical skills, Matt is also an excellent communicator and collaborator. He has a friendly and professional demeanor that makes him a pleasure to work with. He consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. I strongly recommend Matt for any engineering role and am confident that he would be a valuable asset to any organization. Sincerely, Brett Elmlinger
