  My primary role is managing a small team of between three and eight associates to complete overnight "Ad Sets," the process by which all the promotional signs (which give the customer information about the product, including price and description) are changed to match the current sale. I occasionally run a team as large at 15 to unload trucks and work freight; I also work frequently as a freight associate under our full-time third-shift supervisor.
