Under Bonita Johnson, lead University Lab in Division IV to three-time district championships along with three consecutive semifinal appearances and a state runner up title in 2018 in the LHSAA state tournament. Organized two levels of practices and was in charge of the scheduling of games and tournaments for the 2014 LHSAA season and was head junior varsity coach through all three years. As an assistant, I was fully involved with running a program to the expectations of highly respected volleyball in the state. In charge of planning my practices, maintaining communication with parents, student-athletes as well as the varsity’s head coach. Upon the 2014 season, I moved up to Middle School volleyball coordinator where I organized tryouts, practices for the three middle school teams and game scheduling for the BRVGA league. Not only did we enforce responsibility of all ages but also respect, discipline, positive attitudes, and hard work. T.T. Barge Services is a company that works with barges to both safely clean and repair damaged barges for companies such as Kirby Inland, Ingram, ACL and Canal. Being employed under a strict set of rules by Administration as well as OSHA guidelines, being irresponsible on following up with any work was unacceptable. As an Administrative Office Manager of T.T. Barge Services in Port Allen I was responsible for maintaining up to date paperwork for up to 50 employees, issuing inventory, time cards and paperwork for two locations, interdepartmental paperwork, keeping records of supplies removed, maintaining estimates, work performed, estimates and invoices of barges repaired and cleaned in Port Allen. I was in charge of handling all records of accidents, safety meetings, logs for equipment and purchases by employees, upkeep of personnel files and in charge of keeping employees up to date on certifications (ex: TWIC). While entering my third year of work here I took upon the responsibility of becoming Office manager for our Cleaning facility in Port Allen as well. Show less

I was in charge of all head coaching responsibilities including fundraising, scheduling of the 2015 season and organization of practices as well as summer camps and leagues. Attempted to change the program’s culture starting with players and accountability of actions involving playing time and recognition. Stepping into a successful program having graduated six seniors it was a rebuilding year for the program on and off the court. I put discipline and hard work at front of my decisions as a coach to establish well rounded athletes and more so products of a great program in the making. Coached 2015-16 squad to Regional playoffs before dropping to #4 seeded state semi finalist.
