I leveraged E-max RM6 system to systematically implement capacity planning/status with actual planned hours. I also maximized productivity and performance by establishing machine priorities and schedules. I met customer demands through systematic management of capacity; also, I maintained weekly customer expedite reports and managed customer third party expeditors.Some of my notable contributions are given below:~ Improved on time delivery from 50% to 95% and enabled company to retain existing customers (meet demands) while actively pursuing new business opportunities.~ Stepped up and volunteered to absorb tasks being performed by MD allowing focus on a bigger picture and on company direction.
