I am in charge of the digital media that goes on the companies social media sites (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). When new products come in or if there is a product that has a certain amount of attention or needed attention, I am in charge of producing a video demonstrating that product. With the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, I create visuals and graphics for the company, and ensure that quality is consistent across all of our platforms. During my time at Amazon, I held two different positions. I started out as a scanner where I would take incoming packages to their designated pallet locations, and scanning them in. My second position was an inbound associate where, depending on the task given to me that day, I would either pull pallets of packages off of trailers and take them to their specified induction location, or induct them one box at a time as a fluid unload or as shuttle dumper. During my time at the company, I was part of many onsite shoots of the Crappie USA Tournament trail where I was the sound mixer and boom operator for interviews on and off water. I was also the sound mixer for the livestreams for the weigh ins that took place on each lake. On the post-production side, I also edited full episodes and created visual assets. From September 2016 to May 2017, I was part of the tech crew that kept TV2's new's shows running. My first semester I was a Camera Operator. There I would set up shots the producer had placed and stay on that camera to adjust focuses and change shots. My second semester, I was Sound Mixer. I made sure that the levels for the talents mics were optimal and that no one would peak when they spoke. I spent the next year on standby assisting for other news shows when needed. During the Fall 2018 semester, I was granted a writers position for the show Role Call and continued on throughout that semester. After that, I made the choice to leave TV2 to focus more on film production. Show less
