I began at Crossbow Systems Ltd with no experience and an overwhelming desire to learn and grow within the industry. Since then, I have continued to do just that. In just over a year I went from Assistant Technician to Lead Technician through a constant progression of on-site experience paired with personal self-driven study. Over the years I have developed a keen understanding of Telecommunication Infrastructure and construction alike. Working daily with my team to accomplish deliverable products and coordinating with various trades to synchronize work loads ensuring maximum efficiency and cooperation all the while documenting our projects diligently for company as well as customer records. I have lead my team to complete work for many companies both large and small, from privately owned business to public school districts to State Government projects. To name a few, we have accomplished major work for Public Storage facilities, FedEx, Ohio Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations, Ohio department of Job and Family Services, State of Ohio Computer Center, Local Police Departments, Gahanna City Schools, Southwestern City Schools, Columbus City Schools, Anna City Schools, Licking Heights Local Schools, Central State University, Upper Arlington City Hall, and many more. Our work encompasses everything from renovations to new construction including copper and fiber optic telecommunications infrastructure design and implementation all over the state of Ohio. Security Officer/Dispatcher
