As independent contractors with the Malachi Network since 2011, my family and I have served in multiple countries around the world and gained invaluable experience. Under this banner we pioneered new ministries in high-stress environments and helped others do the same in their contexts. We provided conflict resolution and counsel to colleagues, using sound judgment, discernment, and empathy to deliver excellent results. I've also contributed to think tanks and round table discussions to develop vision for strategic engagement and training. It's been my privilege to speak at conferences and churches, as well as sit for interviews in films. I am passionate about encouraging and equipping others, and providing solutions to their challenges. Since May of 2018 our family has been States-side on a Sabbatical. Throughout these years of service I provided the marketing strategies to raise the funding our family needed to live and work in the Middle East. Show less

Director Of Training

While serving as a Regional Director I also gave leadership to pioneering a new training school for our organization. As the Director of Training I took on the bulk of administration and human resources tasks to onboard and sustain all candidates for the school. We ran two 3-month schools during my tenure as the Director of Training. I produced and taught new curriculum and hosted multiple teams of students on location in the Middle East. I planned and successfully executed the logistics for these interactive trainings and travels, as well as provided leadership in debriefing and graduating the students. Regional Director

As a Regional Director my family and I pioneered a headquarters for the organization's Arab World regional mission on location in the Middle East. Throughout our tenure in this role we learned the Arabic language and culture, trained and developed local leaders, mobilized and equipped colleagues, and recruited, developed, and led our regional team. I enjoyed using my coaching gifts to teach and train both locals and expats to see them navigate their unique skills with faithfulness and integrity. I enjoyed using my leadership gifts to develop teams, provide experienced logistics, and cast vision for strategic growth in our region with insight into trends in regional geopolitics and the foresight our teams would need to faithfully engage our region. As Director it was my joy to oversee the well-being of those in my care and to steward their unique gifts toward the vision they were called to in pioneering strategic teams throughout the Arab World.
