I built custom classifier architectures on top of existing LLMs using PyTorch to be fine-tuned on confidential text and location data for use within Brazil’s Federal Prosecution Office (MPF). Additionally, I prototyped a system of differential privacy for free text that prompts GPT-4 with statistics and data from one dataset of text to generate another synthetic dataset. I also built a classifier to test whether the synthetic dataset retained predictive ability. I designed and created an internal tool for my cybersecurity team to manage internal data by utilizing the AWS suite of services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, APIGW, etc.) to create a website with a frontend using ReactJS, and a backend in TypeScript.
