Matt was my boss and line manager during his time as founder and CEO of VC funded Tailored.to. Working with Matt was the highlight of my time at Tailored, we clicked almost immediately and much of my early professional development is thanks to his guidance, advice and oversight within that particular role but also well beyond. Matt's ability to be both an inspired marketing practitioner, with a wealth of knowledge and experience; alongside being deeply invested in my pastural and professional development; meant I accelerated at my first role out of University. The grounding and experience I gained under Matt's mentorship within my role at Tailored has significantly contributed to my progression in advertising beyond that first role; and I still frequently call upon Matt for advice on career choices and guidance on projects.

In the early days of the web Matt and his team at Klondike were pioneers and ahead of their time in creating some really inspired, creative digital marketing ideas.
