ESW is the most important eCommerce platform for Enterprises and the biggest Microsoft client in Ireland. I work from Italy with the Dublin team as a Senior Engineer. We use Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, Kafka, dotnet Core, Angular, and various Azure services. I move between frontend and backend on a daily basis, and I am involved in architecting solutions. Currently, I am in the Security Engineering Team, developing libraries, tools and applications to manage users, permissions, secrets and anything else needed for security.

PassperTu is a marketing and communication company, with the main office in Milan. It has copyrighters, designers and videomakers but they missed a software development team. I joined PassperTu to focus on new cloud technologies. They gave me the opportunity to create a new dev team to build a big marketing tool. So I started to learn new technologies and services, like Kubernetes (ASK), Asp.NET Core 2+, Azure AD B2C and Ionic. I also trained 4 junior developers. The main product runs on various containers, mainly .NET Core, communicating through Event Bus. Everything is secured with AD B2C. Most of Azure's services have been used, from Search to Functions.Ionic is the framework we choose for native/web apps. It let us build iOS, Android, PWA, and SPA with the same codebase and still look native. Finally, we use Azure DevOps for everything from work items and CI/CD to private NPM packages.

I worked at Point Security Software mostly as UI and UX developer. I started working there at 16. In a team of 3 people, we built a PSIM (Physical security information management) replacing an old one. I worked there until my bachelor's degree. The software is built with MVVM WPF using Entity Framework and DevExpress, the website with Asp.NET and the app with Xamarin Forms + UWP. We used TFS for work items, code, and CI/CD. Despite my love for XAML, I left my job because I wanted to work on cloud technologies rather than on-premise ones like WPF. Also, I was attracted to the "new web", like Angular and React.
