Adam Szaraniec
I have met Matteo as an amazing Web UI/ UX designer. Each wireframe had been well-tough, with taking into account that application will be used by users, not by developers. There weren't any compromises - the highest priority was that application has to be very intuitive and simple. With time I have also noticed that Matteo is also great product owner - he just want to do great apps, but the passion how he cares and how he pay attention to superficially unimportant details is incredible. He always prioritize user’s needs. Next thing that I’ve noticed is that almost each of his decision is not based on his own opinion, but instead he really tries to understand user’s needs. (For example by doing some research about current trends, checking what solution are in similar product or just by doing some quick survey or asking for feedback). He is also great co-worker with crazy sense of humor and always cheerful. Time spent with him working on a project was a pleasure.
