  In my company, that produces blanked sub-component of the electrical motor, I mainly deal with the APQP development for new automotive projects, supporting the engineering department. In particular: • Contribute in the feasibility study phase with statistical analysis and MSA on previous project • Support engineering in the process designing and choosing the most suitable control methods • Support in the creation of project documentation like process flow chart, FMEA and control plan • Create and updating the control specification coming from control plan and defect catalogue • Develop improvement plan in cooperation with engineering and production departments • Manage internal and customer claims using a problem solving approach • Monitor the main process KPI until the completion of the safe launch phase • Perform frequent system, process and suppliers audit according IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards In this period I am directly managing the customer requirements of company like Volkswagen, Robert Bosch, Marelli, Egston, SEG Automotive and SPAL.   In my job experience I assure that suppliers respect the requested levels of quality, efficiency and reliability. In particular: - Participate in the supplier sourcing phase, indicating the quality rating of known suppliers for new and current projects; - Perform frequent process audit for the evaluation of the quality and capacity of the production process and for the qualification of new suppliers; - Monitor quality KPI of supplier in order to implement adequate corrective and preventive actions; - Verify and approve documentation following standards of automotive world ISO/TS 16949; - In case of not conformity, lead the supplier to find the root cause and to apply a recovering plan in order to avoid future issues. I worked with some of the most important automotive suppliers like Robert Bosch, Continental Automotive, ZF TRW and Valeo.
