I had the pleasure to have Matteo on my team. Despite he left me I believe he deserves a reference. Jokes aside, Matteo is a true growth marketeer. While "growth" has become a widely used term, Matteo understands what it really means and how growth can be achieved. He looks at any problem holistically and has a full marketing funnel in mind. He is fast in analyzing new initiatives, setting experiments, and proving/disproving hypotheses. Whether it is onsite or offsite he has it and he knows how to deal with that. I can recommend Matteo to any company that changes growth with no concerns.
