      I developed from scratch a Virtual Production Assistant i.e. an AI powered virtual helper for the operators on a production line. This module leverages the whole database (data coming from the SCADA, MES and the ERP) in order to propose the operator with tasks he/she may perform or signalling him/her any anomaly found. The module is structured like: - A Front-End part built in Webix and some React injections. - A Back-End part built on .NET 4.8. - A MySql DB.       I am implementing algorithms for the FTIR signal analysis using C#. I developed algorithms for: - Baseline Correction, in particular different tastes of Penalized Least Squares and Mathematical Morphology Operators. - Chemometric Estimation using Partial Least Squares for estimating the concentrations of different elements on a measured spectrum. - Spectrum Subtraction (still in progress) whose aim is to subtract Water and Carbon Dioxyde spectra (which are considered noise) from the measure.       I am involved in many business and IT projects like: - I am in charge of the CRM implementation (Dynamics 365); I redefined the business logic for having a clean and secure flow of data. I learned to perform customization and I built several C# integrations with the Dynamics DB. - I set up approval workflows involving 20-25 people for improving and automatizing heavy company dynamics (e.g. Preorders/Orders workflows). To do this I built a PowerApp on top of SharePoint as DB and a fully integrated C# job handling the logic. - I set up a portal for automatizing email reminders to the suppliers, saving 20% of Buyers' time. To do this I worked with C# ASP.NET. - I built business dashboards on QlikView and built analysis tools for monitoring emails flows and suppliers' delivery delays. To do this I used a combinations of C# jobs, Excel Pivots and VBA for the macros. - I set up several C# jobs for aligning DBs between the main management softwares like ERP, CRM, WMS and PLM. This gave me the possibility to increase my mastery on SQL DB, Oracle DB and RESTful APIs. Show less

      The main projects I worked on are: - I worked on the descriptive and predictive analysis of a energy consumption dataset coming from a major italian energy distributor. The goal of the project was to forecast the energy consumption of the following day. In particular I implemented a Fourier analysis for highlighting the periodicities of the dataset and various algorithm like Linear Regression, Neural Nets and Support Vector Machine for the actual time-series prediction. - I built a simple predictive maintenance tool for predicting faults in a machine. The goal was to show that a simple neural network could learn which patterns of the sensors measures would lead to a fault in the machine. - I worked on an optimization project for an italian paper producer. The goal of the project was to find the optimal way of stacking different paper sizes in order to minimize the wasted paper. Being this a 2-dimensional Knapsack problem, I built an algorithm that given the paper formats and the quantities, it returns the optimal way to stack them. - I worked on an IOT project in a well-renowned italian bikes company. The goal was to configure and program a gateway in order to read and write data from 3 PLCs. - I worked on an IOT project in a well-known luxury lighting systems company. The goal was to develop a custom C# agent (SAP PCo) responsible for reading and writing data from the machines. - I developed from scratch the front-end (SAPUI5 and JavaScript) and a part of the backend (SAP MII) of a webapp for controlling and managing the packaging process for a major italian pasta producer. I implemented also a statistical control tool for keeping track of the packages weight deviations. Show less
