- The Duke Reading Center (DRC) assists biopharmaceutical companies with running clinical trials. As a PM1, on my assigned studies (including those from Roche/Genentech, PTC Therapeutics, and Ocuphire) I am the primary contact for the study sponsor, clinical research organization (CRO), and eye clinic sites. Within DRC, I work with the study team including the Director of Grading and Lead Reader. - Currently the lead project manager on a Phase 3 trial with 80 clinic sites, a Phase 2 trial with 50 sites, and another Phase 2 study with 29 sites. - Experience working with large and small sponsors including Roche Genentech and Takeda.- Initiate and facilitate study startup; assist with reader assignments; file study documents; distribute site initiation forms; track certification of site technicians; track submission of images and functional tests for grading; manage queries; perform data entry (DE), source document verification (SDV), and quality control (QC) activities such as reconciliation and reconciliation verification (RV) as required.
