Matt and I initially worked together when Centrica was sourcing candidates for the Movement to Work programme in 2015. During that time, as a client I received an excellent service from Matt. If there was a challenge, Matt always provided sensible solutions plus I found him approachable, cheerful and diligent. If Matt says he is going to do something, he does it. Since December 2017, Matt and I have worked as colleagues in the Movement to Work core team. My opinion of Matt has remained the same whether I am the client or a work colleague. I can highly recommend Matt in a client facing role and as a team mate.

I had the pleasure of managing Matt during my time at London Youth and he is incredibly committed, positive, flexible and capable. Matt has a talent for making things happen that initially seemed impossible and he is a fantastic speaker, advocate and team player. I certainly hope to work with Matt again!
