My primary focus was assisting the construction department in the midst of six projects and in excess of $175M worth of construction. I assisted project managers, assistant project managers, and field superintendents with time sensitive assignments related to creating and processing subcontractor bid packages, as well as providing and coordinating home office and field needs on a day to day basis. I also acquired a familiarity with complete sets of construction plans for office and multi-family projects.
