I know Matt Curren for about 10 years, and I worked under his directions. Matt is very dynamic and thorough professional to work with. Matt is always ready for the challenges and ready to take the pressure off from the shoulder of peers. Matt's leadership quality put to test when we have implemented massive record migration. We were implementing Level of Care project where we have roughly migrated 1.4 million records from SQL Server to MS CRM 2013. He helped the team to planned out-migration and been always supportive throughout the process. His passion for new technology and innovation is commendable. I can see when we were implementing the conversion of existing projects to Dynamics CRM 365. His innovative ideas, resource planning, and thoughtfulness about launching complex project show his tough mental and ability to take any challenges. Apart from his professional and technical skills, he is a very humble person. His energy level always motivates the team and his ability to guide his team makes project deliverable at a higher success level. I wish you all the best to Matt from all his future endeavors!!!
