Matt's one of the brightest people I've ever known, with an insane ability to solve complex problems in a unique way. With a huge bank of experience across multiple sectors, transforming the performance of SMEs & PLC's alike, he sees important things which others can't. With specific expertise in data process redesign, digital transformation, 'lean' applied to data processes, I'd want him in my corner on any such project.

I am generally very suspicious of consultants, they arrive tell you what you already know, change it and leave. Matt is however a completely different kettle of fish. He developed and understanding of the problem, rolled his sleeves up identifies stakeholders and works with them to allow them to get to where we needed them to be. Outside of this he was always enthusiastic, pragmatic and practical. A great guy and a great result, thank you.

Vensis supports business who have a vision to transform by utilising data with a pragmatic and aggressive approach. It is important to recognise that data is fundamental to driving business performance. Despite this many are frustrated by one or more of these issues:• Data is often the subject debate, rather than the trigger for action• Data processes are overly manual and/or ‘clunky’• Data visibility is poor• Reports and KPIs are time consuming to produce only to be immediately out of date• Accuracy of key areas such as forecasts, unit profitability, gap analysis is too coarse or inaccurateThis list is not exhaustive. We understand that these issues are caused by poor alignment between data processes and business processes. The solution to this is a strategy of centralising data around an optimised process. One version of the truth, supporting the process and collecting key data as the business operates. Visibility improves, accuracy is better, data is connected, and Business Intelligence can become a reality. We provide the consultancy skills, process knowledge and technical database skills to deliver process and data projects with tangible benefits.
