      Ok. So, this one's pretty major. I was extremely fortunate to have been presented with the opportunity to join the Capital Choice team and to have my team trust me enough to come along with me. I can say, without reservation, that the achievement of my current contract level, ownership, and beginnings of this incredible pension would not have been possible for quite a while with my previous broker/dealer/employer, nor would these benefits be as robust and rewarding.       Extremely successful at increasing patient load and adding huge amounts of community awareness for this mid-level multi-modality wellness facility. I was instrumental in adding Eastern Medicine to the facility offerings, as well as a points-based membership plan and other proactive measures to ready the facility for the upcoming changes in health care payment choices. By implementing Social Media solutions, I have been able to reach areas of the community not traditionally reached by our type of facility and I have personal knowledge of new patients obtained on my behalf using these new methods. My first I.T. related task with Premier was to recover the facility from a major server crash causing loss of data. I was able to partially recover valuable data. I, eventually, ended up building several computers and upgrading their file server solution to greatly reduce down time and cause the network to operate more efficiently. The facility now runs at greatly reduced telecommunications costs due to an upgrade to a VOIP telephone system and the data flow within the company's network is extremely efficient. Patient load, gross revenue, and technology efficiency increased, tremendously, during my time at Premier. Show less
