Matt Ryan provided training and consultation on Lean and Activity-Based Costing to our non-profit behavioral healthcare organization. I really appreciated Matt's collaborative and supportive style. I could bounce ideas off of him, and he would provide feedback, guidance, and insight without a need to push his own ideas and advice. He was very sensitive to the needs of the organization, which proved very beneficial to the three Lean projects he consulted on. Matt was very dependable and timely. If he said he would produce something by a date, then I always got it by that date or even earlier. And finally, I found Matt to be a man of character and integrity, someone who could be completely trusted (a trait not commonly found today).
